Designed and built by Abstract Builders, LLC, the 10,000 sq ft ( on 3 levels) home is perfectly sited on this 1.6 acre lot to take full advantage of the sweeping upper floor views of Hook Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. Open and light-filled interiors are enhanced by white oak floors and the expansive use of glass-including panoramic glass sliding doors imported from Greece-allowing for seamless transitions between indoors and out.
