Ronan O’Dwyer
Ronan O’Dwyer has always had a vision of disrupting the antiquated practices of the home building industry. His approach offers a sensible alternative for those looking to experience a better way of building a home. From large to small, each of his 30+ projects were a balance of simplicity, intelligence and efficiency. They were distinguished by attention to detail, use of quality sustainable materials, timely execution and transparency of pricing. Jeffrey Schneider
Visionary. Creative. Meticulous. Jeff Schneider spent the first 30 years of his career building businesses. First he grew his family distribution company to $40MM, employing over 150 people. He then acquired a cosmetic packaging business, which he grew tenfold before selling control to a private equity firm.
Since 2010, Jeff has dedicated himself to designing and building spectacular homes in the Hamptons. At Abstract Builders, he shepherds customers through the process of making their dream home become a reality.
